Data Registration (Oral and Poster)
After thoughtful deliberation on the situation of COVID-19 pandemic, we changed our original plan and decided to hold our meeting online only without on-site. And then, designated lecture (except sponsored seminar) and plenary, concurrent sessions will be delivered on demand after the congress. The period is until 10:00 on January 11, 2022.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but we would appreciate it if you could proceed with the preparations as follows, and thank you for your cooperation.
Oral Presentation(Invited, Plenary, Concurrent)
Data Registration (Oral)
We will send the presenters who would like to submit pre-recorded data, your number and URL to log in to the data registration site before registration starts.
- Presenters are required to register for participation before you register your oral presentation data. Please check Registration Page.
Presentation data registration period:
November 22, 2021 (Mon.) noon (Japan standard time)
- Please note that we do not accept registrations or corrections after the above registration period.
- It is expected that access will be concentrated near the deadline, so please register as soon as possible.
- If we do not receive your oral presentation and digital poster data by deadline, your abstract will be automatically withdrawn.
How to prepare your presentation data
Please prepare your presentation data by PowerPoint file with narration or MP4 movie file.
Regarding submission procedures, please check the following manual.
3-minutes presentation
Please prepare PowerPoint file with no narration and on the meeting day, our operator will share your file in Zoom and you present it on live and after your presentation, chair start Q & A session.
But if you cannot join this program on live, please prepare your pptx file with narration.
Instruction
- When you prepare your lecture data, please keep the allotted presentation time strictly.

- A data of 3-minutes presentation and discussion is pptx file with no narration and on the meeting day, our operator will share your file in Zoom and you present it on live and after your presentation, chair start Q & A session.
But if you cannot join this program on live, please prepare your pptx file with narration. Operator will deliver your presentation file and no Q & A session.
- All speakers must disclose any COI (Conflict of Interest) on your slide of the presentation.

- Please prepare your presentation data in 2GB or less.
- Please prepare your presentation data by PowerPoint*1 *2 file with narration or MP4 movie file.

If you make your presentation data by Keynote, please check your data(character skew etc.) after changing to MS PowerPoint or save it as M4V.

- Secretariat office will delete your presentation data responsibly after on-demand service.

Digital Poster
Date Registration (Digital Poster)
Please register your poster data in advance. All of the registered poster data will be freely viewable only for 46JSID participants available from December 3, 8:30 to January 11, 10:00, 2022.
Questions from participants will be sent directly to the email address of the presenter who registered in advance. Please answer as much as possible.
How to register your Digital Poster
We will send the presenters your number and URL to log in to the Digital Poster registration site before registration starts.
